Exploring the Adventureland Suite at the Disneyland Hotel

Last Friday, Theresa, the kids, and I all headed to the Disneyland Resort to meet up with the Wazny family and celebrate Matt's 40th birthday! They've come to Disneyland to celebrate and to top off a great week at the park, they're staying in the amazing Adventureland Suite inside the Disneyland Hotel! And they invited us to come join them for a birthday celebration! What better hats to wear than our Disney Jungle Cruise helmets. There's Pooh, Mickey, and Tigger. And I didn't know when I'd be able to get my Giraffe hat out, but this seems like a good time. It's an official Disney hat from the Animal Kingdom. And normally, I'd go into a bunch of detail showing the suite and everything it has in it, but in this case, Matt beat me to it. I shared all my photos with him, which he included in his write-up. You can find it all here! Matt's March, 2018 Birthday Party in the Adventureland Suite in the Disneyland Hotel

2018 Disneyland Egg-stravaganza

Howdy Partner! Time to finish out this here egg scavenger hunt around Disneyland. Let's go! First we need a map. Followed by some stickers. Lead on Ian. Where to first? You had to come all the way in to see him. Tucked back up into the corner. Over to the Emporium, we wandered around the main store looking high, low, and everywhere in between. Only when we went into the back section did we find Tinker Bell hiding. Found you. Over to the Little Green Men shop, where Ian found Mickey hiding next to a Little Green Man. And then to Le Petit Chalet to find our next egg. Ian was wondering who that egg was. I suppose Mr Toad isn't a

2018 Downtown Disney Egg-stravaganza

After finding all the eggs hidden in Disney's California Adventure, it was time to continue our search in Downtown Disney. Maps were available at the Disney Store at Register 1. Here's another look at the map above. And stickers showing all the eggs that we'll be looking for today. Spoilers ahead. If you're going to do the hunt yourself and don't want to know where everything is hidden, stop reading now. Still here? Okay, first up is the La Brea Bakery. Mickey is hanging out on the roofline. Ian kept telling me that he saw Daisy, but I couldn't find her anywhere. We were outside the store and I was looking on every roof and feature that I could find. I didn't realize he was looking though the doors of the store and seeing her inside. Dale was hanging out by the Starbucks logo. And just a couple stores down, the kids found Goofy. Way up high above the Dream Boutique was Jessie. And the kids both found Thumper behind the counters of Marceline's Confectiona
